Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your AMIRO device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
